Pittsburg will customize a maintenance program to meet your exact requirements, which will take into account the age of your storage tanks, and their maintenance history. Your organization takes care of one scheduled, budgeted expense per year. We take care of the rest.

The MTC program will:

• Eliminate unexpected and large "lump sum" expenditures.
• Assure owner officials that the tank(s) will actually appreciate in value rather than depreciate over time.
• Assure that the tank(s) will always be aesthetically appealing to the community.
• For municipal water tanks assure that the tank(s) will be properly cleaned and disinfected, as well as, the interior to assure ongoing safe and sanitary conditions.
