Over the years, Pittsburg Tank & Tower has designed, fabricated and erected thousands of welded steel tanks (including carbon steel and stainless steel structures) for fire protection, chemicals, petroleum, jet fuel, food processing, power cooling, pulp and paper and bulk commodity storage.

Our storage tanks include both fixed and floating roof designs. Our technical experience extends to virtually any type of welded steel storage facility in accordance with API standards 620, 650, and 653 as well as NFPA-22 and AWWA standard D100.

Proven, effective Pittsburg secondary containment and leak detection systems have been utilized throughout North America for chemicals and petroleum products, keeping your facility in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.

Pittsburg designs include an extensive list of Factory Mutual® (FM®) pre-approved sprinkler tanks. Our staff of licensed, professional designers includes certified API 653 inspectors and memberships on the NFPA-22, 326, 329® technical committees.
